Rockford Master’s Commission

Rockford Master's Commission is a nine-month discipleship program for students recently out of high school who are seeking God's guidance and direction for their lives. Students take part in worship services, Bible studies, and community service in an effort to reach out to their community. Katie knew what she wanted to do with her life, to be a missionary to India, but she went to Master's Commission to first get closer to Jesus. And indeed she did!
Although Katie did not complete the program, we were invited to her graduation and received a diploma in her name. We also met the family of the other girl (Wendi Watson) who lost her life in the car accident and embraced them at that moment. We, as a family, highly encourage any young person to look into this life-changing program!
